Purchase audio and video equipment to enable high-quality live streaming of events, ensuring remote participants, families, and sponsors can experience the excitement of competitions from anywhere. Acquire projectors and large screens to improve the in-person audience experience, enabling real-time visuals of matches, score updates, and event highlights.

Expand Event Accessibility:

Procure additional portable VEX fields to increase event capacity, allowing more teams to compete simultaneously and reduce downtime. Invest in a trailer to store and transport equipment, ensuring QCRF can host events in a variety of venues across Arizona, reaching underserved regions and communities.
